Ive only been to ally pally for a night out previously but this time i took the little one to the park. Nice walk in the park, you feed the ducks and other birds, in the summer you can hire the boats and theres a nice little cafe at the lakeside. Little one loved the slide and took photos on the lion. We went into Alexandra Palace and had a quick look. Interesting buiding with an historical display as a timeline with photos, preserved equipment on show such as old tvs and an old BBC 1 camera. Nice place, next time ill see what more it has to offer ...

Okay skatepark at best. Been skating here for 3 years. Park is usually full of scooter kids and the like. I'd advise to come early morning, late evening or school time to avoid this. Ramps arent anything worth traveling far for, it's all pretty basic and "old school" with sharp transitions and strange coping. The flatground is probably the best bit and there's usually obstacles that people bring in from around. These get taken away sometimes.

An outdated park with some 90’s council-esque obstacles. There’s too many ramps clogging up the center of the park so there is virtually no flow. It’s probably fine for children to whizz about on scooters but for actual skateboarders it’s really bad. It’s in a really nice location though behind Ally Pally, although there’s not much public transport to get up there. You’d be better off skating at the nearby Coldfall skatepark in Muswell hill.
