I bought my horsebox secondhand from Alexanders nearly 5 years ago before Juls took over the business. Last week I had arranged for some scratches to be re-sprayed locally and didn't have the correct colour name or paint code. I rang Alexanders on the off-chance that they would know what it was, and Charlie and Juls then spent the next two hours trying to track the colour down for me! Great customer aftercare! I've been really pleased with my Alexanders horsebox and after this experience, Alexanders will definitely be top of my list when it comes to replacing it.

My wife decided she wanted to downsize from our 7.5 ton Horsebox to a 3.5 ton and after doing through research, nothing compared to the Alexander, so we rang Jules booked an appointment with him for a Saturday afternoon to view his range of 3.5 ton. We were made very welcome and shown the full range of boxes available. Jules was never pushy and left us to have a good look at everything. Jules knowledge of all the boxes was excellent and we soon made our purchase of a 3.5 Alexander York S E. We have had our box 8 weeks now and absolutely love it. We cannot recommend Alexander Horseboxes enough and would never go anywhere else. Our whole experience from start to our box being delivered was 5 star all the way.

Had two boxes from Alexanders in the last 4 years. Absolutely fantastic service from Juls and the team on both occasions. Love our Goodwood model. Superb box. Will defo return to them in the future, if and when we decide to change. Would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of a new or used vehicle.
