I cannot emphasise just how much of a great service I got from James with regard to the Homebuyers Survey I ordered. He was extremely communicative throughout the whole process, making sure to keep me updated about the different steps involved as well as always taking the time to explain anything I was unsure of to me. His report is really detailed and comes with pictures - something that other surveyors I contacted previously wanted to charge more for. He took only 2 business days to get the report to me once the survey was done and made time to discuss his findings with me over the phone. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends!

Highly recommended. I instructed them to carry out a Level 2 Homebuyers survey and as a first time buyer could not have asked for a better experience. Communication was excellent and James kept me updated throughout the process. After producing a very thorough and detailed report he was then onhand to talk me through the findings, answer any questions I had and give practical advice for what my next steps should be both in terms of the house buying process and any remediation work that was needed.

James was such a great help, as a first time buyer and extremely unaware of the difference between a survey and a search, James took the time to explain and advise me throughout the process and even gave me help on other areas outside of the survey as he's had a successful career in estate agency previously. He was really thorough and prompt and did a grand job all round! Would highly recommend using his services.
