Third time visiting this shop to drop off a parcel, and have received really rude and poor customer service, not even a hello! Lady / owner uses gestures instead of simple, polite communication. As a local independent business I’m surprised this place is still here, maybe people buying wine receive a completely different experience

Placed the original order in JUNE, and only just now received information that UPS messed up as of October 2nd. Communication with the store was very poor throughout unfortunately, but they have finally at least let me know what was going on, and did process the refund quickly once confirmation that UPS had screwed up.

I'm not the kind of person to complain on here but like the last few reviews I had a similar experience. It's really ruined my day. I used to come into the store quite often when times were better for me but COVID has really affected my income so my purchase of luxuries have decreased since. I used to enjoy chatting to the team about their beer selection and I used to buy the beautiful Pussers Rum carafes they sold for my late grandfather but today, I had what could only be described as a nearly aggressive encounter when sending a UPS package. I really hope things pick up for them but I won't be returning for a long while.

Terrible customer service from the Australian lady in there... Was attempting to drop off a package for a UPS collection, and all I got were tuts and sighs! Couldn't have been more unhelpful! It was as though she was doing me a favour... Soon changed when I said about taking parcel elsewhere! Change your customer approach!
