Being charged nearly 2k a year for nothing but a gardener in the summer for a small block of 6 flats. Was hoping this company would be better than the last but same problem with ignoring your calls / emails but are quick enough to threat adding fees if money isn’t paid on time -with no option for payment plans

They do not care about us on Two River Housing Association. Email reply? Forget it! Phone conversation? Nothing can be done as it's not our problem! Waste of time and money. I really want this company gone from our estate but for some reason the private owners want to keep them when they can't even provide a service. If this company won't reduce my yearly rate I will keep posting more & more bad reviews as the estate is a complete mess & we don't get the service we deserve.

High staff turnover for our block's management with no internal handover, incomplete handover to our new managing agents, staff are unresponsive to the point of negligence, owner appears apathetic

useless, we paid for the management pack and 4 weeks without anything, only after contacting my lawyers they said that Ł10 still needs to be transferred - some tax (of course we done) and they still say that it will send tomorrow, BIG AVOID big mistake, they take money for nothing in one word: thieves:
