start to finish a great experience couldn't recommend more highly. I brought in the saddest pair of self repaired boots (once with duct tape once with gorilla glue!!) which I thought were beyond any intervention! not only were they mended to the point of looking basically new with stylish leather soles but also done in less than 2 days! super friendly service too.

I came in to see whether something could be done about some shoes I’d been gifted, which were too big at the front. I wasn’t sure if the strap could be shortened in some way. Kevin took one look at the shoe and said he could try, but that there was a real risk of damaging them. I hugely appreciated that he said that! He then suggested something I could buy myself which might fix the issue, and I came back and he helped me do it for free. My shoes fit so much better, and I really really appreciate that Kevin respected me enough to say it probably wasn’t possible as well as giving me another solution. Thank you so much!
