This company is a nightmare. They do not help or inform about anything. They hang up the phone. They deny the payments and make you pay extra charges. They charge people a lot of extra costs that they can't explain, they just take it off the final payment. Because of which you have to pay more.

!!!!!!!!! Chasing a £21.14 debt from 2015 hahaha desperate times! Your company should be investigated for fraud since you can't seem to prove these debts actually exist!

Horrible, unethical company. I hope they go bust, all their employees are left owing money & end up being harassed by some similarly scummy operation.

Absolutely vile company - payments are being made consistently on time at your request - contacted the EMPLOYER and asked for an earnings investigation even though you have already received your funds on time! You will be reported to the financial conduct authority for this behaviour.

Any debt owed to the council is a civil debt that needs to be resolved between you and the council, statutory instruments used ie. Summary warrants, statutory court orders and the finance act have no jurisdiction in a civil matter, falkirk sherriff court who issueing these documents is acting in fraud and bias since they all work under the banner gov. Uk. Alex m adamson is acting in fraud in enforcement of debt recovery using these documents allegedly granted by the court, Falkirk sheriff court is a place of record, but has no record of any of these court orders, thus making their claims null and void, ab initio, from the beginning, the documents are made issued by falkirk council to be used in fraud, falkirk council has no power of court.
