Excellent service, I purchased a vintage watch online from Alex and when it arrived there was a small problem with the winding crown, I rang Alex and he couldn’t have been more helpfull, i sent the watch back and his watchmaker ordered the genuine part and replaced it, Alex kept me informed during the process and made sure it was back in plenty of time for my daughters birthday. The watch was beautiful,the photos didn’t do it justice. 100 percent recommend. It’s only when something like this happens you know how good a seller really is and Alex went above and beyond
