I’ve been going to yoga for over 20 years and I found Ali’s class when my previous teacher became ill. I’ve found Ali is a calming voice in a world of noise! I’m loving the classes - great for stretching out my dodgy hips, core work and Ali’s nidra at the end of class is wonderful. She’s really helped my shoulders and hip flexors. Highly recommend!

I have seen Aleigh four times now , initially with long term pain in my hip and shoulder. However , Aleigh identified many other issues that have contributed to my pain , and over time we have addressed many of those. The term “holistic therapist “ is bandied about and isn’t always true , but she truly is holistic ! Gives great advice , never judges , and is fabulous at what she does. I would give 10 stars if I could.
