The Director Aled has a contagious positivity which keeps his staff motivated, and he seems to be able to cater for smaller and larger budgets, even at short notice. APP has been particularly forward thinking and can-do when pivoting its service to a virtual format, and I've heard nothing but good things about their Zoom parties for kids.
