Started my fitness journey 3 weeks ago . Arrived with an open mindset and usual goals - lose weight & get fitter. I havent been in a gym for over 20 years - it looks daunting. I'm afraid of the pain , causing myself injury and gosh those aches and pains during recovery! Not looking forward to those! Well session #8 completed - I feel some positive changes taking place - physically and mostly mentally ! I have tried boxing - never thought that day would arrive. I can only say thanks to Jake & Lewis as my PTs who have designed my programmes and encouraged me to push myself. I'm not comparing myself to anyone, I'm not stepping on any scales but I'm mindful of what I'm eating and drinking; my dinner plate is smaller! Thank you for improving my nourishment , strength and conditioning. Biggest progress is in my mindset - I can do this! So far I am still turning up. Thank you. I couldn't do this on my own.

Best gym I have been to.The trainers are experienced and take a genuine interest in your fitness no matter what level you're at. I have been going for a month now but already seeing a bug change in my energy levels and body confidence. Highly recommend.
