First time here, but unfortunately, I will not be returning. Booking was a farce.3 weeks in advance over a period of 3 days i Tried calling with in the times specified but there was no answer, on the 4th day a young lady took the call seemed to be newly trained on the telephone. Please note they take your telephone number, but you don't get any form of booking confirmation. We arrived 10 mins before our reservation time. We were told to go to the bar and get a drink, and they would get our table ready . For 40 minutes, we were stood in the smallest of bar areas crammed in like sardines. This is the only entrance . There is an exit to the rear of the restaurant, but customers are not made aware of this. Customers who were leaving were pushing through to get out. We eventually sat at a make shift table right in the way of the kitchen and staff delivering food. Service is very slow both on the bar and in the restaurant . They have an abundance of staff, but unfortunately, they dont seem to be utilised efficiently. Don't be fooled by the lovely food description on the menu. Melon with seasonal fruits was a small fan of honeydew melon garnished with a twist of both lemon and orange. The meals are very basic and not worth the price.
