I have given 4 stars as the people who dealt with my appointment (ultrasound) were lovely. However the receptionist on the ground floor was miserable and unfriendly. I also heard this commented on by several people in the waiting area where I was sat. This seems to be a common theme with reviews, come on guys, sort it out. It costs nothing to be kind to people who may be feeling anxious about their appointment or unwell. All other staff I encountered were lovely.

Easiest place to attend an adult blood test appointment if you’ve booked an appointment on line (via Swiftqueue) and have the blood request form with you. I was impressed like the reviewer before. Plenty of parking outside. Just park then enter your car reg in the machine (outside the main entrance door) on the way out to pay. It cost me 60p. The phlebotomist who saw me was lovely and very professional. I had a very frustrating experience the day before trying and failing to get to Frimley Park Hospital for a blood test appointment because of parking issues. So, if you’re someone who spends or has spent a lot of time driving to hospitals/medical appointments, a visit here will feel refreshingly hassle-free, good value, and straightforward.

I had read these reviews before going, so was pleasantly surprised. My appointment was a blood test. I parked nearby and walked in to avoid the car park charges. Reception were friendly & helpful. Check in was easy and I was seen quickly. The medic who did my test was brilliant - friendly, professional, and gave good advice.

Don’t answer the phone, lie about medication deliveries, turn the phone off after 1:30pm (even though they ask you to call back this afternoon) generally a joke of a health center, should be shut down

Very large so can be confusing and it is very warm at all times, however I’ve never personally had an issue with the staff. They’ve always been polite to me. Come here often for appointments so perhaps it’s because I’m a familiar face. Phone lines are a bit dodgy as it’s difficult to actually get through, or they don’t answer at all, but otherwise a compassionate, prompt team.
