Just registered with them after being with my old Doctors for over 15years and Can’t believe the difference. Such friendly and helpful receptionist’s and the Doctor took his time to check me over and explain everything in layman’s terms.

can't always guarantee receptionists have the friendliest tone but I'm very happy with this GP surgery, always efficient treatment, advice, and referrals from the doctors

The receptionist receiving the call in this surgery is dismissive and very rude. It would not try to help and pass my concern to the doctors. Very unapproachable.

For the last year I have had frequent appointments discussing my poor health in which I never get a conclusion or solid answer, no follow ups and no effort put in to ensure I get the care I need. I am currently going into jobs not able to tell them why I need so much time off for sickness because nobody's taken me seriously. Receptionists are rude and I am never able to get an actual appointment unless it's life or death.

All ways helpful, and even if the doctors can not help as they need to refer you, they will always do their very best to find someone who can help you.

My husband had an appointment within a week of phoning. Once seen by Dr abaide he was sent for a blood test that day. We were called the nxt day and seen that afternoon to discuss the results. Script given and hopefully a full recovery. Dr Abaide is a star and the receptionist s are very afficient. If you're poorly the Nhs is there. Liz Walker

Spoke to a wonderful lady called Kelly who triaged my concerns. She made me feel totally heard and comforted and most of all reassured I'd be looked after. I wasn't disappointed. My Gp was Dr Trumpelmann and she couldn't have been more lovely, supportive and understanding whilst making sure I was given the right course of action. I wasn't rushed or made to feel like I was wasting my their time. I came away knowing I was being looked after and if I need further support it would be given. I feel like they are given a bad rep when actually they are outstanding and kind humans doing a crazy hard job.

The doctors here are actually really good, but getting past the receptionists is a whole other issue. They are rude, dismissive and sometimes they get in the way of getting the help you need which can be frustrating if you're struggling with your health. Everytime I get an infection it's always more of a fight than it needs to be to get past the receptionists and get antibiotics. Unnecessary stress you don't need when you're not feeling your best however the doctors have always made me feel heard and made sure I was taken care of... I just wish the receptionists were better.
