Just said goodbye to Dan and am now the proud owner of my own Oticon hearing aids which are amazing! With Dan and the team you don't just buy new hearing aids, they actually let you trial them for a week or two to make absolutely sure you are happy with them - and I was. I've worn hearing aids before but they were quite messy having to have them fitted to the shape of your ear and always had a bit of an echo with the right ear. Now with Dan's help and the Oticon model that's all gone.. Can't recommend them enough... very satisfied customer.

A* service, extremely professional with a level of care that is outstanding. Alison Ellis has changed my fathers life. He is aged 87 and very deaf! He was unwilling to admit this until he met with the lovely Alison. She clearly explained the results of his hearing test with the use of visual graphs to help him understand his hearing loss and described the health benefits of correcting his loss. My father had added complications as he had much of his outer ear removed due to skin cancer. The result was that she took in ear moulds and made him a bespoke custom pair of rechargeable ITC (in the ear canal) hearing aids which fit into his ears perfectly. She then programmed his hearing aids to his own specific needs and she can tweak these settings on an ongoing basis to suit his requirements. He is now 7 weeks into his new life, its has made such a change to us all, he can now hear me easily on the telephone and face to face communication is so much easier for him. He didn't realise how much he was missing out on until he received his aids. He wears them everyday and says they are very comfortable. Alison also sent up a simple remote control for him where he can easily change the settings according to his surroundings without the complexities of tiny buttons on the aids. He's coping really well thanks to all of Alison's extraordinary audiology expertise and her ongoing support and aftercare. Highly recommend her services. She's a lovely lady with a brilliant sense of humour and a great deal of enthusiasm for improving peoples quality of life.
