Iv had to put 1 star just Because I had to write this review. This place is beautiful… really well thought out building. It’s a shame about the staff that work inside it. we were in for 3 days with our 3 day old baby.. taking bloods took over an hour and 3 people to complete this embarrassing task. The organisation was poor the attitude from them was awful.. and the one that push me over the edge was the nurses insisting on taking a covid test on a baby less than 72 hour old. But the nurses failing to wear masking from under their chin at the best of times. Joke of a place.

You go with the 1 year and a half sick child and you don't even care! Others come for 20/30 minutes and put them in immediately... Or only if you have a file, put you in faster, so they let you wait and they don't care about anything! You wait over 5 hours and you still don't go inside because it says it's not urgent! No one cares about you! I don't understand why it's still called Urgente?! It doesn't deserve a star! the hospital is empty and still don't go inside!
