Poor communication. I contacted Aldborough Hall to enquire about lessons. They said they would respond to me but they never did. Therefore, unfortunately, I was left with a very poor impression of this riding school.

It has been a couple of months that I am riding at Aldborough center, almost once a week, and I can finally say that I have found what I was looking for ! The staff is awesome, they look after you, they are patient and so friendly. The horses are also really well looked-after and well equipped. I also love how flexible the manager is, I had some last minute changes and they always do their best to accommodate you so you don’t loose you pre-paid lesson. After trying couple of centers in London, I am now super happy with my experience here and I am looking forward to having more lesson to learn and improve :)

My daughter Neve has recently started riding lessons at Aldborough Hall after her last riding school closing due to Covid and the following not offering variety for her age and size. I would like to feedback that this riding school is by far the best I have experienced in many years. Neve loves Rachel her instructor and she is caring but more importantly takes time to teach, explain and demonstrate, truly excellent and impressive. So happy to have found such a lovely riding school for my daughter, thank you to all the lovely team.

I recently took up lessons at Aldborough Hall after a long time away from riding and absolutely love it. I had tried other schools in the area and they were good, but just not the same. Anyone looking to ride wants to learn and progress, and that's exactly what the instructors do for you at this school. They give you specific and actionable things to work on in each lesson and I feel I've improved massively since starting there, and in only a few lessons. Everyone I've met at Aldborough is extremely kind, welcoming, supportive and constructive during lessons. The horses are matched perfectly to your ability and the facilities for them are great considering they're so close to London. I'd definitely recommend Aldborough for any new riders and definitely those looking to return to riding - there's no judgement of bad habits, just great teaching to help you improve.

Very disappointed with today. My 7 yr old granddaughter was booked in for a group session at 3.30. We arrived 15 mins early to be greeted by teenagers with attitude, they put her in a hat that was too big and only Changed it after I started to raise my voice. They took us into the stables at 3.37 started at 3.47 and stopped at 3.57. So £25 for 10 minutes. They had little to no interaction with the children and did not seem to want to be there. Will not be going back!!

Absolutely dire. Had what we believed to be a 30 minute taster session for my 7 year old niece. It was awful, unprofessional and unfriendly for start to finish. The children were not treated in a nice friendly or upbeat manor. The girls that work there are children that clearly do not want to be there at all they walked into the session at 15.38 started the session at 15.47 and stopped at 15.57 so literally 10 minutes for £25. The staffs bad teenage attitude was absolutely shocking and when we complained to the only adult there, she said there’s nothing she can do. AVOID my niece really did not enjoy it at all as there was very little interaction
