I have been registered at the practice since May 2022. I didn’t receive a welcome message to the practice or an appointment with my assigned Dr to talk about my ongoing medical issues. I have called the Dr’s on a number of occasions and the Dr is either on holiday or appointments are full, and when I’ve asked to make an appointment for when they’re back, I’m told this isn’t possible, I have to call on the day for an urgent appointment. Why? This would mean me wasting urgent appointments every day for a week to talk about my ongoing issues. I am extremely disappointed with my patient care!! This is absolutely ridiculous and I have never received this before with other medical groups!!

I have been a patient at this practice for 5 years. Dr Hadley is a very good GP, and the practice nurses are fantastic. My family has been well cared for. I have found I can almost always get an appointment by calling and waiting at 8am the day I need an appointment. The telephone coordinators are useful at redirecting me if I can access care over the counter.

Have a long standing condition that has flared up. My GP called back quickly and provided a face to face meeting the day I called and organised blood tests and further investigation. Practice rang that afternoon to arrange the blood tests and I now have an appointment for the further tests (within 4 weeks). Full explanation of treatment and considerate care. Top marks!
