Absolute diabolical association. Housing officers change regularly, staff are rude and patronising! This association has put my family through sheer hell and won't take any responsibility for who they house and how they behave! They show no compassion, empathy or duty of care to there tenants.

Refuses to deal with anti-social behaviour and harassment from other tenants and takes the side of the lying party. Not in partial at all. Staff acused me of having mental health issues.
