Revolting rude staff. They have no idea what they are doing. I asked for my medical records. I was sent home on crutches for I d. I was then told there were no staff available to use the computer !!! Everyway possible of ignoring you is employed by the staff to avoid giving you care. I hope the N.H S is all privatised immediately. They refused to give me my own medical records to take to an appointment with a private specialist.

Highly Professional and automated. Telephone consultations worked well during the times of COVID. Very happy, highly recommended. Very sensible reception staff who provide a good balance in scheduling appointments.

My name is Iryna Sulym and we came as refugees from Ukraine with my mother, Nadia Sulym, 87 years old with severe disability, a year ago with many psychological and health problems. I never could have believed that we would find so much support and help. Especially in the Albion Street Group Practice I can't find words to describe the incredible care and interest both medically and psychologically. The support of all doctors, nurses and administrative staff, and the quality of their services exceeded all our expectations. Always willing, always kind, always timely and valid diagnoses and treatments. We will never forget their wonderful and humane support. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Sadly I feel the surgery has declined over the years. It was a great surgery with many different services, but now no longer. I still feel it is the best surgery inRotherhithe, but it seems a less friendly place now for patients. I feel the the compassion and care has diminished. Quality of care seems to be spiralling downwards. I feel the surgery is fine with minor problems but not the best place to go when feeling very unwell. Overall I do not feel all the GPs respect the patients who come to this practice, which can lead to poor experience. Practice manager ignores concerns and does not respond to letters

probably the rudest NHS personnel I have come across. they are unwilling to listen to their patients and they risk their patient's health. Personal experience has revealed they cannot be trusted. If you have the option go elsewhere or seek for advise via NHS England or the Health Service Ombundsman

Spoke to duty Dr Sarah Boughdady on the phone who was really helpful and understanding. The next day symptoms didn't improve and spoke to Dr Emma Criddle over the phone and luckily she managed to see me in person same day. Absolutely lovely and really understanding, empathetic and helped me massively before travelling. Saved me! Thank you very much for all your help.

Super friendly staff, wait times are minimal and even if you have just a few minutes everyone is very apologetic. Nurses and doctors always make you feel comfortable and safe.
