Treated disgustingly by them and they’ve blocked contact with me. Asked ME to change MY appointment and told them I had an appointment a 2 pm they weren’t here ffor lunchtime and I was forced to cancel they gave my appointment to somene elde for the 7 th and it wasn’t in my area and said they will do it in 14 th. The job will take hours as it’s batteries plus my insurance paid them to fit a new shroud last year and it’s not been done. They’ve been paid by my insurance and they said ve to get another dealer I’ve heard other bad reports about them and this us not the first run I’ve had with them. Avoid them like the plague!

I cannot compliment all at Albion enough. Having just purchased my 4th wheelchair from them, they have excelled themselves yet again. I went with this company not long after the opened because I believe in dealing with small family run businesses rather than the bigger companies where you tend to be nothing more than 'Just another sale" . This proved to be the best decision as the personal attention you get from Albion is exemplary and you know that they really care and will make sure you are well looked after often at their own expense and time. In a nutshell, I would never consider going anywhere else. Thank you to a wonderful family and company.

I had an assessment with an engineer to get my power assist wheels added to a new chair, they cancelled the fitting twice and on the third day they were due to fit it they called to say they didn’t have the right bracket, so I have been left with a bracket that doesn’t work and a wheelchair I can barely use.

In a world that seems to have lost its ability to care or be compassionate, where customer service is sacrificed for a quick, profit it's good to find a company like Albion Mobility. I have been a customer of theirs for a few years now, and they have never let me down. 5 Stars aren't enough, I'd give them 10. They really do care, and customer service is top notch.
