Have previously been here many times and usually fine and food good, but today was different. To provide context, my son is disabled and in a wheelchair and we have a very large Wheelchair Adapted Van with ramp access. The disabled parking at Albion Farm is limited but usually ok... except today we turn up to find that they have decided to add extra food vendor and outside seating ACROSS 3 of the 4 disabled parking spaces!!! The only remaining space is off to one side and far too small for our van (if we'd parked there we would have been blocking the entry/exit, so we had no other choice but to leave It's nice that Albion Farm hold food festivals, but why do it at the expense of Disabled people???

Just visited for breakfast and intended to do a shop there. We usually shop local to home or visit another farm shop but we decided we could do our shop here. We were looking forward to a good mooch round. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful. We then went to do our shop. As we’d not been before we saw the open gate between the cafe and shop and went through that way. My husband and I were through and in the shop and my daughter was just coming through when we were stopped by a member of staff who rudely told us we weren’t allowed through that way. We apologised and explained we hadn’t been before and we were planning on shopping and not just cutting through. Even though we were stood in the shop we were told we had to go back into the cafe out and round. Really??? Maybe explain not to come that way next time but to make us go back through the gate and walk round made us feel like naughty school children!!! We did as we were told and started to look round the shop. Arrived at the cheese counter and waited … and waited ….. and waited. We gave up and let the 2 people behind the counter (one of them being the girl who sent us out and round) finish their conversation as clearly that was more important than serving us. We left having put back the things we had already picked up. Think we have been spoilt by our usual shops/ farm shops where we’ve been made to feel welcome. A shame really as our breakfast and the staff in the cafe were great.

Farm shop is amazing with a great selection of fresh local produce ranging from fruit and veg to cheese, pies and cakes via a top quality butcher. Well worth a trip and lunch in the cafe is a bonus.

This place has gone down hill, the service is slow and bad, it feels dirty, no big choice of food left on menu and staff just seems to walk around doing nothing, know body wants to clear the tables and you have to find your own menus, also the toilets could do with being reviewed periodically.

Cute little farm shop with local products such as meat, milk, eggs, jams, alcohol and a few more. Did not try out the cafe as the queue was too long (must be a good sign) but will next time. A few goats and sheep in a pen next to the shop made for a welcoming entrance
