My credit history is absolutely horrible. I live in London and with ULEZ on the cards, I was at my wits end. Until I started making enquiries. I came across this company, put the in an application for finance. Within 24 hrs I had a call from Liam. Lay the cards on the table about my credit history etc. and I had the most pleasant surprise in store. Liam was totally honest on what I can get. On Friday 14th April, I went from London to Altrincham to deliver my 2010 diesel insignia and collect my 2016 Ford Kuga all valeted and polished. Beautiful car. The trip was worth it. Met both James and Liam. Two of the nicest and pleasant guys. They will be my go to guys for cars in the future. Thank you both for putting up with my questions etc. And for all your help.

STAY AWAY!!! M4 7aj Albion car sales Where do I begin. I saw the ad online and pictures looked good, the car was clean, the description was spot on and had all the right things, great MOT history and full service history. Went to see the vehicle and this is where it went down hill, one of the employees was using it for there own personal use and it was stuff to the brim with rubbish, I couldn't see inside the vehicle very well so I had to go by the picture. Viewing was by appointment, so you think they would tidy it up. Also there was a nice chip on the screen that wasn't in the pictures and all the wheels where all scuffed, where as they were spotless in the picture. The good news was I was told this would be fixed. So I went ahead and bought the vehicle. After agreeing a finance value this was not the case as the finance was a lot higher than what was agreed. There was no full services history, but I trusted my gut as the Mot history was flawless. I was told the car had been serviced yet after a couple of days the service warning light came on. Took it to my mechanic and he told me it had not been serviced. When waiting for the finance they wouldn’t clean the car till payment had gone through, but you would think keeping your cars in clean condition on the forecourt would be standard. Basically the car was still filthy inside and was riddled with gauges and scuff marks that where not visible in the pics. My guess is that these were newly done as the car inside looked a tip when I viewed it initially. The guy I dealt with was very wimsical as he didn’t give straight answers. The car is nice but I probably wouldn’t buy from here again, but aren’t all car dealers dodgy. The main issue is that you should be selling as advertised. P.S. mileage was 1000 miles more than advertised. Issues with the car after purchase, dodgy gear box and faulty AC. After sales is atrocious.

The biggest shower of crooks nice until they get your money and you sign the contract have my mercedes since February all of a sudden engine management light comes on you call them and there not interested called warranty got it diagnostics and prendo 10 faults and the alignment is out on the rear drivers side stay away from these people i wont even give them a star but i will be getting my money back one way or another

Long story short: (one star because zero isn't an option). Bought a car from these guys a while back, turned out to have a catastrophic oil leak. Eventually returned the car after James had made multiple attempts to stall and persuade me not to. There was an issue with returning the cost of the road tax so called them to arrange something. James became aggressive and abusive, swore down the phone and hung up. I was able to sort out the tax myself after that. A week or so later, they sent me an email telling me that they were trying to "help me with my tax issue" and could I get in touch 😁. When I looked again, they had put the same car back on sale.. knowing full well that the problem was terminal Basically, my experience was that of dealing with a pair of dishonest, lying crooks... steer clear!
