Bald guy with glasses was an utter d*ck to me and my son, I've left thousands of reviews but never one left due to an individuals repeated poor anti social behaviour. Recently he SCREAMED AT my son to stop touching and going through the cards display...despite that we had specifically come in for cards and a stamp. Another occasion we came in to pay our local parking permit. Was for some reason very reluctant to give out the parking tickets, told me my ID proofs were questionable and that I didn't bring in the proof of address needed (I brought in driving licence, passport, tennancy agreement, gas bill like the website says) which you have to pay for, and almost seed like he didn't want to actually part with them 😂

Very friendly, good customer service. I have mostly been in because it’s one of the places I can get parking permits for my house and when people to come visit I need them. The lady behind the counter has always been polite and eager to help asking if there’s anything else that sort of thing. Good post office.

The bald guy with glasses is absolutely vile. Judging by the other reviews, many people agree. Screamed at me and my young child for touching a card. The customers were totally shocked. Heard from lovely staff in a different branch that they have almost daily complaints about him and yet he's still allowed to work there. If rather walk 20 mins or of my way to not use the Albert road branch. Formal complaint made
