Perfect and absolutely professional. A big thank you to Greg, Clayton and the rest of the team. They dealt with every detail in a compassionate and understanding way. From the choosing of details, layout of the order of service etc to the actual day, my whole family felt that we were in good hands. There were no hitches and everything happened seamlessly. Nothing was too much trouble and their service was spot on. I can not recommend them highly enough.

I had to deal with the first bereavement in my family prior to Christmas when my father sadly passed away. Not having any experience in dealing with such matters l did not really know who to approach to get the right support in this situation. l contacted Albert Slacks as l was aware of them being in the area and spoke to Chris Mellor at their offices who immediately made me feel comfortable and confident to ask them to make the necessary arrangements for us. Throughout the whole process Chris and his colleagues offered us fabulous support and advice as they obviously have a wealth of knowledge and experience which they have gained over the many years they have been in business. They were all extremely professional and were always on hand or at the end of the phone when ever we needed them, nothing was too much trouble.
