Shocking experience. Our driver arrived early and to the wrong location, we were charged for a waiting fee. The driver then went 25mph over the speed limit, went the long way round and was even watching TV on the journey. We were charged more than quoted on the app. Terrible service, dangerous driver.

Was trying to reach a train for an international flight but got lost on the road and google maps was just spinning. One of the Albatross cars was pulling up on the road and I asked for guidance and help as I was in distress. the drover rudely ignored me first rhen shouted at me to just find my way pointing randomly arouns saying the station is nearby. All this caused me a panic attack in the middle of the night in unknown area and your driver didn't even seem fussed and drove away. I think you meed to consider twice your customer service and whom you hire, whom represent your company as that's mo right way of threating anyone
