    Had arranged a time for a salesman to call to give a quote for 6 windows. 30 minutes after the agreed time and still no appearance I phoned the company to find out the person had decided to take the day off. The company person said he had been informed the rep. had rearranged all his appointments which he clearly hadn't and in any event I would have thought that someone at the main office would have phoned to check. I than enquired as to what would happen and I was given the rather curt reply "well no-one can come to you". There was no sense of real apology and it sounded like they weren't really interested

    Did we use this company?? Never got past the initial home visit. That was week commencing 21st November. The Sales Rep' that came, don't have a name as he never left a card, seemed about as interested as Ozzy Osbourne at the Bolshoi Ballet. We chose what we wanted and were told a Surveyor would be in contact. In fairness, he didn't say in what decade. Glossy brochure is all we have of the time waster's visit. Order now placed with another firm, with much more work to be going their way. Sterling work Albany. Obviously, hard times aren't affecting you...yet
