    In a world where everything can be quoted or bought online, where we rely on faceless website reviews, uncaring call centres, Albany appliances, Gavin & Keith, are the breath of personal and caring fresh air. Not only do they know vast amounts of information on hundreds of products, but they genuinely listen to their client's needs and provide the right appliance under budget and on time. Perfect example, I thought i needed an expensive integrated washing machine, they helped me understand through measurements, that i could use a free standing one at much better cost, with a special deal with Bosch for installation included. AMAZING! I've used Albany since 2017 and will always come back, instead of using the mass market websites. Personal, friendly, cost conscious and caring. What more could you want?!

    Great service received from Albany Appliances. After recently moving house we were without kitchen appliances. We contacted Albany Appliances as we have used them a few times before. Gavin was able to advise us of suitable appliances and also ordered them the week before we moved. He then installed them very promptly. Within 24 hours of moving we had all our appliances!
