Extremely good service. On holiday and passing by the area and needed urgent help when our bearing came off our trailer wheel. We passed by and the chap pulled out all the stops to help us, even though his mechanic was on holiday. Super grateful and highly recommend.

Perhaps the in-store experience is better, but the Online Shop was a poor one. Ordered a Knott coupling on 18/5/21 and have finally asked for a refund 16/06/21. Several phone calls had to be made to them after hearing nothing, each time no indication when or if the part would come in. Finally offered a refund which I suspect is what they wanted, seeing as they are still selling the item online for a higher price. A waste of time I could have done without to get my trailer back on the road. One star for actually refunding.

Made an order, and waited over a month patiently. The goods never turned up and no contact was made, poor customer service in my opinion. I did however receive and immediate refund, when i called to complain again. No apology though !!!
