DO NOT USE THIS TAXI FIRM. We booked in advance for a 5 am Sunday morning trip to Heathrow and paid £40 deposit. The taxi never arrived and we had to book another taxi in panic, which cost us more cash and a lot of stress. We have asked twice for the return of our deposit and so far (more than two weeks later) have yet to receive anything - not even an apology or explanation. Thankfully HART TAXIS came to our rescue or we would have missed our flight to visit our children in Australia. Once again DO NOT USE THIS TAXI FIRM.
