He went above and beyond to help us get a pair of prescription sunglasses for my 14 year old son at short notice for our holiday. He was so helpful throughout every step . I have always had amazing service from this optician. On this occasion the glasses were similar price to on line options and possibly even cheaper. Thank you Matt

I am so grateful to Alan Tyler, they went out if their way during the covid pandemic to see my son who had had a rapid deterioration in his prescription . i was unable to get hold of his usual optician, a major high street chain, despite numerous attempts. Alan tyler came to my resuce, great customer service, so helpful and efficient, i couod not recommenced more highly
