We found the whole experience with this company quite contrary to the jolly radio advert Alan Joy came and quoted. Quote missing 2 doors and panel infill. Phoned and asked for amended quote and also to view sample of windows. Now you'd think they would have got back to me considering we need 11 windows. Front door. Back door. Side garage door. French doors and 3 unusual windows. But no not a peep from them. In a way I am glad they messed up at this point and we continue to search for a decent company

Have spent thousands with this company. Nice products, TERRIBLE after sales (non) service. Several problems, which we have had to chase, phone, chase, phone!! No-one bothers to get back to us, EVER, despite promising to. No dedicated after sales team, WHY? VERY DISAPPOINTING, AND FRUSTRATING!! After sales service, is just as important as selling items in the first place. Would never use again, as had much better service from LF windows.
