Every time I go there the looks the staff give you is just awful. They're so unfriendly and look at you like you have crawled out from a stone. And should you need help well each man to their own. None is given. "It's over there.... They have colour charts". Not going through it with you and not to mention making you feel like a shoplifter. It reminds me of the scene in Pretty Woman when Julia Roberts goes with Richard Gere credit card and wants to buy a load of things but they won't serve her. Stuck up is all they are. Rude. Luckily I have signed up with another wholesalers nearby who are absolutely wonderful, friendly and actually greet you and smile. Won't be coming back I'll take my business elsewhere. Where you're treated like a human. I'm actually not the first nor last that have experienced this rude customer service. There were loads of people who overheard me when talking about it in the friendlier place. All say the same. 0 out of 10
