Awful customer service when ever I come into the shop. Been coming for my entire hairdressing career 20+ years but the past few years the in store staff have been rude and Unprofessional, even slagging off a customer that was in front of me and had just left to me. So god knows what they say about me when I leave. They do not uphold statutory rights on faulty goods. So be warned if your item is faulty that’s a you problem.

After 38 years of trading with Alan Howard . I wont be again . Spent over £100 on clippers that did t work from the day i bought them . Totally unhelpful ! Alan Howards loss as i spent 10 times that amount each month . But get feeling staff could t care less as its become more and more corporate !

Very expensive, very high prices, while you can buy many items online cheaper and easier than Amazon. I suggest prices that do not hit any of them. Do not buy from here, if you go, you will find out for yourself And the staff not friendly.
