Ordered an industrial machine at trade show and nearly a month later it has still not arrived. Have taken full payment for the order but still no sign of the goods ordered. When contacting customer service they have no idea where the sewing machine is and unwilling to advise the couriers details who are meant to have the item in transit. Promised to be contacted but never receive any feedback on the progress of the order! Beginning to think we have been conned on the stand by the salesman! Very dissapointed with the customer service and highly skeptical that we will ever receive our order.
