Sent us to King’s Cross and after searching for a couple hours (they don’t answer the phone) we find out the location moved five years ago to Marylebone, about a 20 minute drive away. Staff just shrugged when we complained

I would say the best service of all the rental companies out there! Only one to show me around the car and show me how things work..... Deposit returned following day not a week or two later. Also no extra charges that I have been charged by other firms which I had to fight to get a refund. Brilliant services, thanks!

(Original) Notre pire location : arrivés à St Pancras, nous découvrons que le loueur n'est pas à la gare mais à 1/4 d'heure de là (alors que nous étions à 30mn de la fermeture dominicale). Gros stress pour trouver l'adresse et un taxi pour y arriver in extremis. Finalement Alamo a payé les taxis aller et retour. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils ne nous ont pas informé du changement de site qui avait déjà eu lieu lors de ma réservation. Après, vehicule conforme.

This is not Saint Pancras, it's Maryleborne, over 40 minutes walking from St. Pancras. On top of that, we got there at 15,45 and the office was empty, they were supposed to close at 4. So no car for us this weekend. And no one can help. Great customer service.
