I cannot express how relieved I am to have a personal trainer like Sharmin, I came into this fitness journey with absolutely no clue or guidance when it comes to certain exercises/nutrition, there were so many questions I had and Sharmin has given me ample amount of insight into what work outs would work for me and my body type as well as what food I should be eating, she helps keep me accountable and offers endless support when I need it, she is a genuine professional and knows exactly what she’s doing, she has helped me with my food anxiety and mindset overall. Where do I start! 😭 I felt so lost with regards to health and fitness before meeting sharmin 😭 it’s been 3 months and I can’t believe I actually reached my goals!! After years of trying of different methods I got nowhere but a few weeks of training with sharmin she got me to my goals! She doesn’t give up on you and tailors the fitness plan so you reach your goals. I sometimes feel like she’s my therapist even 😂 she helps with everything like diet, mindset . I couldn’t have done it without her and although I hate exercise I love every session with her!! She is amazing and I deffoo recommend.

I didn't know where to start and what exercise would work for me but she helped me a lot. She took the time to discuss my personal goals and my concerns with training. Sharmin as a personal trainer is the best. She is very comforting but also makes sure you do the work and really gets the work done. She specifies on your body and health type and really focuses on what works best for you as an individual. After doing couple of training with her, I have learnt what food is good for my body and what is my weakness. Edit: I have been doing personal training with Sharmin for 5 months now and I decided that today would be my last session with her. I have reached my goal weight as well as building a great relationship with my body and food. Would not have done it without Sharmin. Her motivation and encouragement always pushes me to do the best I can and she has never given up on me especially when it was hard on me in the beginning. I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone as it has literally changed my life.
