    The worst customer experience ever. I went in a week before Eid, I had my 3 year old child with me. The man in the red beard was extremely rude with the way he was speaking to everyone, not just me. I first went in and found a thobe I liked. He told me they have a delivery coming in half an hour with more sizes as my size wasn’t in stock. So I waited around half an hour. He then told me it’ll take another half an hour, so this time I told him I’m going to come back, I gave him an hour to receive this delivery. Bear in mind this whole time I still have my 3 year old with me. I then come back to the shop, only for him to tell me, the driver is just parking up. It’s now been 2 and a half hours. He then decided to get rude when I told him you told me this will only take half an hour. And guess what, even after 3 hours of waiting around. No delivery. I walked out the shop because this man was just pure rude. I’ve never been so appalled by someone’s customer service. Never going there again.

    So I went to this shop on the 20/04/2023 the night before Eid to get a last Minute thobe, I found one I liked, I asked to try it on, when I went to try it on I was wearing a short sleeved t-shirt and I have tattoos the half sighted tiny bengali man boy was asking about my tattoos and I was telling him I’m a revert blah blah this guy then went on to mumble under his hutki breath I’m a sister sha**** in Bengali I didn’t clock but the two Bengali brothers I was with did they wasn’t too happy I told them to leave it, Ramadan hasn’t even finished yet, embarrassing for him, I brought my thobe helped his business either way and inshallah he learns to be a better man, brother in Islam, & learn better customer service.     What a breath of fresh air! Not only do they offer a 28 day refund - something other Islamic stores don’t. But the quality of the clothing is great too. I couldn’t decide on the colour of the items I wanted. But due to the refund policy, I took a few knowing that I could safely return the ones we don’t want to keep. The brother also let me choose a free gift on the house as a new customer. That was such a nice gesture. I chose a scarf. Thank you! I’m due to return the unwanted items soon. Can’t wait to see what other beautiful stuff is on offer since I last went. Highly recommend this store! May Allah put barakah in it. It’s good as it is, but the returns policy really swayed me to select this store for future purchases in sha Allah.
