Not open when it says it’s open. Great when you need to collect a parcel.

Needed to print two postage labels, asked the owner if I could email him the label pdf's and if he could just print them out without the need for me to login to one of his computers, he duly agreed. I assumed he would charge me just the 20p per sheet only, was confused when he quoted the price for both copies at £1.40. I mentioned to him that the printing cost was 20p per sheet, he replied 'yes but it's £1 for sending email'. adding dismissively 'it's all written on the sign behind you'. To clarify, the owner seems to be perfectly happy to charge £1 to receive an email from a customer! The words 'daylight robbery' have never seemed so appropriate.

Very nice gentleman running the place. But at 15p a page (soon to increase to 20p) to print, it's daylight robbery. Will shop around!
