I aim to write an honest review of my ummrah trip. I will summarise it into advantages and disadvantages. Advantages: -Brilliant hotels, 5*. Service at Pullman was impeccable and breakfast at the Hilton in Makkah was outstanding. They had fresh, made to order omelette and delicacies like fresh fruit, a cheese board and smoked salmon - Close proximity to the Masjid Al Haram in Makkah. 2 or 3 minute walk. The family loved the Makkah experience. - Bonded very closely with group and made lifelong friends. My sister feels the same. - Religious tour guide was engaging and interesting. Disadvantages: - Flight was long - Group was a bit scattered at the airport. Overall I am grateful for the opportunity to have gone on ummrah, may Allah accept our worship. May Allah bless the organisers at Al Hidayah for their efforts.

We got the recommendation from two of our friends, who went to Hajj with Al Hidaayah 10 years ago. They were praising so much about them and confidently told me that I don’t need to go anywhere but to AL Hidaayah for the Umrah and stay in Makkah and Medinah during the last 10 days of Ramadan’23 and Eid in Medinah that my wife and I were planning. I went straight to AL Hidaayah and asked for a bespoke itinerary for us. I have to say that my friends were not wrong. The support I got from Al Hidaayah for arranging flights, visa, hotels in Makkah and Medinah, transport facilities - to and from airport and train station, everything were absolutely superb. Everything worked perfectly and we could totally focus on Umrah and Prayer. In addition to professional arrangement of the logistics, the communications to them in each occasion was of highly praise worthy. I could not praise enough of the travel consultant working for Al Hidaayah - professional, polite, prompt and knowledgeable about everything related to journey to Umrah and Hajj. This is our first time in Makkah and Medinah and I could not have chosen any better travel agent to support and help in our journey. I whole heartedly can recommend them to anyone who is wishing to go for Umrah.
