This place has closed down. Only has furniture and few clothes rail and small grocery section on ground floor. All other areas are shut as experienced today 11th April 2023. Very poor of management not to update the website.

Vaguely passes for a department store. Tacky furniture, tiny clothing department and a food shop.. The smell coming from the frozen fish was unpleasant. It's poorly laid out and has too much space for this purpose. Sad to see this massive retail site going to waste.

I asked them To fillet the salmon and this is what they have done! A complete distorted salmon without skin!!! I really like to do shopping there for Asian food products but I will never ever ask them to filet my fish!! Salmon is not cheap and this salmon Made me sooo upset!!

Everytime there is an event on at this shop the entire Muslim Community bring Romford and its surrounding roads to a complete standstill!! Absolutely horrendous for residents who live close by and God forbid anyone should need any emergency services on those days as none would ever get through the traffic.
