Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the reception staff, very disrespectful towards patients, no respect whatsoever, I’ve been a patient with Dr A Akbar’s surgery for many years but unfortunately the service has been an absolute disgrace and have never been more angry and annoyed

Although I do think the service has improved the female receptionist is letting the team down with her rudeness . They also need to answer the phone because it is near on impossible to get through. The line is not busy and I have observed how they will ignore a ringing phone. I don't have the luxury of popping in when I wish to discuss something or have a query
