    My child attended 3-6yr old class. When I collected my daughter she was so upset and crying because she told me some children were given stickers for food listening, and not others. When I questioned this practice, they said that this has given the children something to work towards. Such practice is unfair and actually profoundly undermines children's intrinsic motivation to pursue their interests, for which they receive prizes. Numerous studies have proved that fact. Regardless, I do not believe this is a fair practice especially for such young children. I am not taking my child back there.

    Isla started dancing here when she was just 3 years old. She’d had a few lessons at a more traditional dance school previously and she never really wanted to go or enjoyed it... then we found Akademy!! Laura and Carly have created a community where the children have a wonderful time, make new friends and learn some really beautiful dance routines as we saw in the last show. Isla’s confidence has increased and she can’t wait to get back in the studio in a few weeks! Have already recommended Akademy to a few mummy friends and will continue to do so
