I paid £70 for my screen to be repaired. 8 weeks later the screen started flickering and went completely black a few hours later. The phone had not been dropped and there was no water damage. I took the phone back to Ak phones to ask if they could have a quick look at it and see if a screen connection had come loose or something. I was rudely told that there was nothing they could do, the phone repair man was on holiday for another 2 weeks, even though their phone repairs section of the shop was clearly open. I won't be using this phone repairs shop again. Unprofessional from start to finish.

Would just like to say, AK is a legend!!! He just put a new screen on my phone, an A70 samsung. Done it within the hour, all done. Gave a very good price AND like other places I've been to there was no" oh and while i fixed your phone and found something else wrong with it that will cost EXTRA!!!!" None of that with this Gentleman. He has my future business when it comes to fixing my phone. DONT go anywhere else. He knows his stuff!! All the best AK and thanks again for an A1 service!!!!😃😃😃
