    This company are utterly ridiculous. They had me on emergency tax for weeks even though I updated them then finally when I called they blamed me. And I've since resigned from the care role I ad and they continue to send me a fortnightly payslip that I can't view because I have no password despite repeatedly asking for one. I have emailed to tell them I left the job with no reply. They just keep on generating fortnightly payslips that I assume say I earned £0 because I quit weeks ago but that I can't view because I have no password. If you want to be charged for a company to really annoy your employees choose Ak Payroll

    Would give 0 stars if I could. I am a P.A and AK Payroll did not/would not tell me or my employer my employment terms or my hourly rate before I started! Following this they incorrectly taxed me for 4 months straight and when I've asked about being paid back the tax (as I am in financial difficulty) they ignore me. I have had to take sick leave due to a PTSD flare up and caring for my ten year old, other two children, a dying family member, university and assisting with a police investigation. A K Payroll refuse to pay me SSP, even though my employer hasn't replaced me and wants to pay me SSP! So they are keeping his money that's been allocated to his care. They took a long time to send me my contract and their correspondence is very disappointing. This company do not care about the disabled people they're purportedly helping, or the staff that they're paying. If you have direct payments choose another company.

    I use AK PAYROLL SERVICES as an employer of a Care Assistant via. funding from Calderdale Council (Lower Valley team, Social Services) They are SO EFFICIENT! It makes your head spin! From Start to Finish the give help and guidance. The telephone is always on. Just very unsure for around 2 minutes, then all was well! Thank you AK PAYROLL.
