Absolutely disgusted with this company. Booked a taxi last night to arrive this morning and stressed it was of paramount importance it was on time as it was taking someone to the first day at a new job. It did NOT arrive and I tried to phone to see what was happening. No one answered the phone, I had left my phone number in case they couldn’t find my house. In the end I phoned SWAN taxi who understood my plea and instantly sent a driver, within minutes. I later phoned this company to ask what happened. I was told my booking had ‘ no driver’ written next to it. Absolutely furious. No one phoned me to warn me. All I got was a sorry . The person was late to work . Had to put one star or the review would not be seen but minus would have been preferable.

The outside of their building is disgusting. There are cigarette BUTS everywhere. If they had any respect or pride in their establishment they would clean the outside. IT IS RUBBISH AND TOTALLY GRISS. WOULD NIT GIVE THEM BUSINESS

Pre booked a cab for 9, never turnt up, called them they said they turnt up and left which they never turnt up in the first place and then said they’d call me back to let me know they’ll send someone else. Never did. Do not use this company

Cancelled our airport taxi booking the same day they were meant to take us, booking was made 2 months ago plenty of time for them to allocate a driver, gave us no notice to then book with another company and caused unmeasurable stress as we would be due to leave in a few hours and have had to try and scramble to arrange an alternative way of travel. Unreliable and untrustworthy, didn't offer any help and the excuses were not acceptable. I only found out it was cancelled by ringing them myself to check all was okay, don't waste your time.
