Only if i could give zero star! My place is a (fairly) new built so I gave an alternative postcode for direction. At first they informed me will be late, then 15mins after their supposed arrival time, they sent another message saying they are not going to turn up because they can't find the place! First they didn't even bother to try, because this other postcode is listed in Google; second, they didn't even bother to call!!! Absolute disgrace
