Finding myself sharing the road with one of their engineers this morning wouldn't instill me with confidence. I kept my distance as he held up traffic by hogging the outside lane which, in itself is only slightly annoying. The fact that he was oblivious to the flashing headlights from other drivers because he was busy tapping away at his phone is simply unacceptable. Motorways are dangerous enough but if you're going to be that careless in breaking the law, don't do it in a vehicle with your employer's contact details all over the van.
