Alex has fixed it ive just completed the Yorkshire 3 peaks pain free, no knee support, im back now with a post operation distal tendon bicep rupture, i have full confidence i will be back to full fitness, Alex thankyou you are an amazing guy.

Had my first physio session with Alex at AJH Therapy. Can't speak highly enough of my experience, from the start to finish. I managed to get an appointment at relatively short notice due to a last minute cancellation. After listening then detailed video analysis of movements in the gym, Alex immediately understood my issues and diagnosed what was causing the problems. (Long history of injury and surgery, causing alignment problems and ultimately stresses in several areas) I was given a very thorough 'unlocking' to first help ease my pain and increase mobility. The treatment room itself was immaculately clean and Alex was not only very knowledgable and excellent at the treatment, but professional and friendly which made me feel comfortable. I was left with a programme of exercises to work on in my own time and booked a follow up appointment in two weeks. Thank you Alex and AJH
