Called them out due to treatment plant pump failure,i needed the tank emptying..they arrived the same day which was good..but after emptying they diagnosed the problem to being both water & Air pump needed replacing along with the electric box? Im confused as the problem was with the the water pump being blocked so couldn't clear the clean water..there was nothing wrong with either pump..when the invoice arrived they billed me a cancellation fee for a pump that was never requested..stay away from this company if you want actual work completed..only use them if you want a tank emptying.

Claimed to be the manufacturer approved service engineers for our system but they were not and never were . . Came out to us and totally screwed up our system and demanded that we immediately sign a certificate that we were satisfied with the work they did. Would rather drown in my effluent system than ever use them again Check out what they tell you and never sign anything to say satisfied but put something like "Unchecked" or "Untested" to give you your right's. Best to say consider using another contractor..

If you are looking for a company to do a simple drainage job at your home, attend, then break some of the existing pipes, claim they found it like that and deny doing it themselves when you know the pipes were whole at the time of their arrival but they know you can't prove it. If you want a company that then charge you to replace the pipes they broke and leave you with a bill three times what it should have been, (into 4 figures), and you can't argue because without the immediate repair you have no drains or sewer. If you want all this then this is the company for you. Personally I'm putting this down to experience and bad judgement on my part for choosing them and I'll go elsewhere in future. You have been warned.
